2. No Returns for Damaged Items
If a product is returned with any damage, wear, or alteration that was not present at the time of purchase, the return request will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. No Refunds, Only Credit Notes
We do not offer refunds on returned products. Instead, if a product is returned in its original condition, without any defect, and the request is deemed reasonable by the showroom management, a credit note may be issued. The final decision to accept the return lies solely with the showroom.

4. Management Discretion
All return requests will be evaluated based on practical considerations, and the showroom reserves the right to accept or decline any return or exchange request.
